Delete your DareClock data

Data on your phone

Your alarms, settings, wake-up history, streaks and achievements are stored only on your phone. To delete them, uninstall DareClock or go to Android Settings → Apps → DareClock → Storage → Clear storage. DareClock has no accounts. Uninstalling stops the app from sending its anonymous install report.

Anonymous install record

Our server keeps one anonymous record per install (random install ID, app version, time zone, language, Premium flag and push token). It is not linked to your name or email. To have it deleted, email optivio.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my DareClock data" and the device model and approximate install date; we delete installs that match within 30 days.

Purchase records

If you subscribed, a record of the purchase (product, dates, price and store transaction ID, linked to a random anonymous ID) is kept by our subscription service, RevenueCat. To have it deleted:

1. Email optivio.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my DareClock data".
2. Include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play purchase email or at play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).

We delete the matching records within 30 days and reply to confirm. Google Play keeps its own payment records under Google's privacy policy; cancelling or deleting data with us does not cancel a subscription, which you manage in Google Play.
